>> I have great friends in the opposition. Mamata di (West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee) has sent me kurtas which she personally selected. Sheikh Hasina sent me some special mithai from Dhaka. When Mamata di heard that, she sent me mithai too.
>> The impression that has been created, that I’m strict and I get angry, a similar impression has been made about me and clothes. Till I became CM I used to wash clothes myself.
>> I wanted to become a soldier during 1962 war.
>> I avoid using humour in today’s times as I fear that my words will be twisted and misinterpreted for TRP.
