India Manayega Music Ka SabseBadhaTyohaaras Zee TV returns with a fresh season of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa

TIL Desk Tellywood/ The upcoming season of India’s most definitive singing reality show will see Shankar Mahadevan, Himesh Reshammiya and Vishal Dadlani come together as judges ~

The platform that has been instrumental in discovering some of the most prominent singing stars of the music fraternity over the past 25 years including the likes of Shreya Ghoshal, Kunal Ganjawala, Kamal Khan, Amanat Ali, Raja Hassan, Sanjeevani and Bela Shende is back on television!  Following the success of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs last year, Zee TV returns with its most iconic, longest-running singing reality show that has continued to stay relevant to music lovers even today – Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. Taking forward the show’s legacy, the latest season invites audiences to participate and celebrate ‘Music Ka Sabse Bada Tyohaar’ as the platform is all set to introduce some of India’s finest singing talent identified by the most discerning ears in the industry.

Giving the budding singers across the country a chance to exhibit their talent, hone their skills and prepare them for a career in the world of music will be the show’s judges -Himesh Reshammiya, Vishal Dadlani and Shankar Mahadevan. Moreover, the charming singer-anchor Aditya Narayan will be seen turning host for the upcoming season, returning to the show after his last stint in 2018.

Sa Re Ga Ma Pa announced its auditions for the season three months ago with the show’s in-house creative team and production houses – Zee Studios and The Content Team evaluating fresh talent day in, day out to pick only the most promising voices with true potential. While it was every contestant’s own unique singing style, tayyari and merit that made the cut, their heart-warming journeys to fulfil their singing dreams and personal stories also touched the judges’ hearts.  What moved them the most was the deep passion that each of them held for music in their lives. Be it Uttar Pradesh’s Sachin Kumar Valmiki who took the judges’ breath way with his own ‘breathless’ performance to Nahin Saamne Tu, returning as a contestant to win the trophy after having been a runner-up in a previous season or Delhi’s Sanjana Bhat who courageously held on to her 6-month-old as she sang her heart out in front of them. Even Jaipur’s Akansha Rao, a spirited, tom-boyish Gen-Z millennial who sings only songs from the 1950’s is a stellar example of how music across eras is still relevant with today’s generation. Ditto for Vadodara’s Vraj Kshatriya who hails from a business family and was often encouraged to follow in his father’s footsteps but is determined to prove that Gujaratis are artistic too and wishes to carve a niche for himself with his beautiful voice. With the super talented pool of fresh contestants gearing up to set the stage ablaze with their exceptional voices, audiences are in for a grand celebration of singing talent at this music ka sabse bada tyohaar!
