TIL Desk Lucknow/ Group Commander of Lucknow Group, Brigadier Ravi Kapoor today, felicitated members of the Lucknow NCC group team which secured third place in the NCC Inter Group Shooting competition 2022. The competition was held from 18 May 2022 to 27 May 2022 in Fatehgarh, Uttar Pradesh. Cadets from 11 NCC Group Headquarters participated in this shooting competition. 10 NCC cadets from Senior Division and Senior Wing of Lucknow Group participated.
The Lucknow team consisted of Cadet Sergeant Akhil Pratap Singh, Cadet Sergeant Pankaj Yadav, Cadet Sergeant Avinash Kumar Shah, Cadet Leading Cadet Deepak Singh and Cadet Anurag Shukla from Senior Division and Cadet Sergeant Tanishk Mishra, Cadet Sergeant Anushka Yadav, Cadet CPL Vasundhara Gangwar, Cadet CPL Manjari Kumari and Cadet Shivani Gautam participated.
Brigadier Ravi Kapoor me cadets from the Lucknow Group HQ team in Lucknow. Brigadier Ravi Kapoor congratulated and encouraged all the cadets for their performance. He congratulated the team for getting the third position and wished everyone a bright future. On this occasion, he also congratulated all the training staff of 64 UP Vahini NCC, Lucknow University who had trained this team.
Now Two Senior Division NCC Cadets from Lucknow Group Team, Cadet Sergeant Akhil Pratap Singh (64 UP Vahini NCC) Mumtaz PG College, Lucknow and Cadet Sergeant Tanishk Mishra (64 UP Vahini NCC) from Senior Wing NCC of Lucknow University, have been selected in the Lucknow Directorate team for the Inter Directorate Shooting Competition 2022. Both these cadets will participate in the camp to be held in Fatehgarh, Uttar Pradesh from June 13, 2022, in preparation for the upcoming competition.
