TIL Desk/National/New Delhi/ The Election Commission has announced the Assembly election schedules for five states — Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Manipur, Punjab and Goa. Elections will be held in all five states at one go. Punjab and Goa will have single phase polls on February 4.
