TIL Desk Lucknow/ Hindwi.org, an initiative of the Rekhta Foundation dedicated to preserving and promoting Hindi literature, proudly announces the upcoming commemoration of its third anniversary with a grand celebration, ‘Hindwi Utsav’. The event, which will take place on July 30, 2023, at the vibrant Sangeet Natak Akademi in Lucknow, promises to be a remarkable affair. Adding to the significance of the occasion, the celebrated writer and novelist, Mr. Shivmurti will grace the event as the Chief Guest, bestowing its divine presence upon the festivities.
Hindwi Utsav, a significant milestone for Hindwi.org, aims to bring together Hindi-speaking communities, literature enthusiasts, and cultural connoisseurs to celebrate the rich heritage of Hindi language and literature. The festival serves as a platform for fostering dialogue, promoting literary exchange, and highlighting the invaluable contributions of Hindi literature.
The inauguration of Hindwi Utsav will commence at 3.50 pm, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience. Distinguished guests, renowned scholars, eminent personalities, and language enthusiasts will grace the event, adding to its grandeur. The inaugural ceremony will be followed by an engaging Panel Discussion featuring esteemed authors like Dr. Gyan Chaturvedi, Shalini Mathur, and Akhilesh who will delve into thought-provoking topics related to Hindi literature and its contemporary relevance. Furthermore, the festivities of Hindwi Utsav will be enhanced by a captivating Kavita Sandhya (poetry recital) where esteemed poets like Arun Kamal, Kumar Ambuj, Ajanta Dev, Yash Malviya, and Savita Bhargava from across the nation will enthral the audience with their poetic expressions. This poetic gathering will serve as a testimony to the rich artistic legacy of Hindi literature.
Following the poetry recital, the audience will be treated to a mesmerising musical performance by the renowned Indian Classical fusion band Shadaj. Known for their soulful renditions of Kabir’s verses and musical experiments over various genres, the band’s performance promises to be a captivating experience, enriching the cultural tapestry of Hindwi Utsav.
