Allocation of land under e-auction of institutional plots
Max Healthcare Institute Limited’s highest bid approved
TIL Desk Lucknow/ The Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board conducted an e-auction of institutional plots under the Vrindavan Yojana in Lucknow. In this e-auction, the highest bid from the renowned Max Healthcare Institute Limited was approved, and the allocation of institutional land for the hospital was made by the Housing Commissioner, Additional Commissioner of Housing, and Secretary at the Board Headquarters.
Max Healthcare is a leading hospital group in North India with a network of 17 healthcare facilities. With the allocation of this plot, a path has been paved for the construction of a magnificent hospital spanning 21,946.06 square meters at a cost of ₹162.88 crores (plot cost) in the capital city of Lucknow.
This hospital will not only serve the residents of the capital but also ensure the availability of high-quality medical treatment for people across the entire state. This significant step will improve healthcare services in Uttar Pradesh and enhance the quality of life for its residents.
