TIL Desk/Business/Mumbai/ Castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial slipped in an otherwise lacklustre Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today on subdued demand from soaps and shippers industries.
Elsewhere, linseeds oil too fell owing to reduced offtake from paint and allied industries. In the edible segment, groundnut oil and refined palmolein prices ruled steady in absence of any large-scale buying activity.
In the non-edible section, castorseeds bold declined by Rs 15 per 100kg to Rs 4,175 from Thursday’s closing level of Rs 4,190, castoroil commercial moved down by Rs 3 per 10kg to Rs 865 as against Rs 868. Linseeds oil dipped by Rs 7 per 10kg to Rs 798 as compared to Rs 805, yesterday. In the edible segment, groundnut oil and refined palmolein closed unchanged at Rs 850 and Rs 732 per 10kg, respectively.
