TIL Desk Bollywood/ After garnering immense appreciation for her latest quirky drama ‘Stree’, Shraddha Kapoor is all set to treat her fans with Bhushan Kumar’s biopic on Indian badminton player Saina Nehwal.
T- Series has released the first look of Shraddha as Saina. In the picture, that seems to be a still from the film, the ‘Aashiqui 2’ actor can be seen donning the sportswear, holding a racket and channelling all her energy in the game.
Sharing her experience about preparing for her role in the film, the 31-year-old said that she practised for months, which also included many 6 am training sessions. “I have already clocked 40 classes of badminton in preparation for this biopic. It’s a really tough sport, but I am enjoying myself,” she said.
