When was Kashmir yours, Rajnath Singh asks Pakistan

TIL Desk/National/Leh/ Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has reached Leh. “Main Pakistan se poochna chahta hun, Kashmir kab Pakistan ka tha ki usko lekar rote rehte ho? Pakistan ban gaya toh hum aapke wajood ka samman karte hain. Pakistan has no locus standi on this matter.

 I want to ask Pakistan, when was Kashmir yours that you are crying over it? Pakistan was created and I respect your existence.” he said.  This is the defence minister’s first visit by the defence minister to Ladakh after the government abrogated Article 370 and passed a resolution bifurcating Jammu and Kashmir into two Union Territories earlier this month.

During the visit, Singh is expected to hold parleys with both locals and military officials deployed in the area, defence officials had said.
