RSS not involved in Maha. govt. formation: Gadkari

TIL Desk/National/Nagpur/ Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, who is in Nagpur, after his meeting with RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, says the RSS chief has no role in government formation in Maharashtra. “It won’t be appropriate to link the RSS chief to the goings on (over government formation),” he said.

He said the BJP will get Shiv Sena support. “We are in talks with them,” the Union Road and Transport Minister said. “There will be a decision soon. The Government in Maharashtra should be formed under the leadership of Devendra Fadnavis.

The BJP and Shiv Sena have got the mandate to form the government and a decision to resolve the Maharashtra government formation tangle will be made soon.  ON reports of his name doing the rounds as the next Maharashtra Chief Minister, he said, “No question of me returning to Maharashtra, I will continue to work in Delhi.”
