* Plans to expand in the city through townships and group housing societies
TIL Desk Lucknow:👉Esha Group is set to make its first foray into Lucknow’s real estate market. The group held its grand launch on Sunday. The company is bringing various projects to the city, including townships and group housing societies. For its proposed projects, the company has identified key locations such as residential areas near the airport, Sultanpur Road and Shaheed Path. The company will focus on providing modern residential facilities along with better connectivity and everyday amenities within the same development.
The proposed projects will include luxury apartments, villas and plots, along with high-end commercial spaces, shopping complexes, restaurants and cafés. Facilities such as clubhouses, swimming pools, gyms, play areas and landscaped gardens are also proposed. In addition, the company plans to develop premium schools, healthcare facilities, 24×7 security and wider roads to ensure better connectivity. The emphasis will be on meeting residents’ everyday needs within the development itself. The key highlights will be themed townships, modern structures and a large range of civic and lifestyle amenities.
Esha Group Founder Brijesh Singh said, “There is significant potential in Lucknow’s real estate sector. Our effort is to provide better homes at good locations along with essential facilities in one place. After starting with Lucknow, we will also bring our projects to other cities in Uttar Pradesh and other parts of the country.”
He further said that Isha Group has brought together experienced professionals from various segments of the real estate sector who will work with a focus on the interests of customers and investors, as well as high construction quality. The group will be led by Anurag Bajpai, who has more than two decades of experience in the sector.

The company plans to complete and hand over these projects to customers within the next five years. According to Isha Group, an investment of approximately ₹5,000 crore is planned for these projects in Lucknow. The projects are expected to generate direct and indirect employment opportunities for around 2,500 people.
Following its launch in Lucknow, the company plans to expand its real estate business into other cities of Uttar Pradesh and other major markets across the country
