TIL Desk Lucknow:ЁЯСЙ Ishaara at Phoenix Palassio has brought The Gourmet Begum, a celebrated culinary experience rooted in the rich food traditions of Awadh, to Lucknow. The limited-time experience presents an extensive selection of traditional Awadhi dishes, bringing together heritage recipes, slow-cooking techniques and the flavours of the Nawabi table.
Having travelled across cities including Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and Ahmedabad, The Gourmet Begum returns to Lucknow, the heartland of Awadhi cuisine, with a specially curated menu by Sunaeyaa Kapur and Chef Shahnawaz Qureshi.
The menu showcases the depth of Awadhi cuisine through signature kebabs, dum preparations, pulaos, biryanis, breads and desserts. Highlights include Galawat Kebab, Mahi Tikka, Murg Baradari, Matbakh ‘E’ Nihari, Suleimani Raan, Rumi Biryani, Sheermal, Warqi Paratha and Warq ‘E’ Shahi Tukda. The offering also includes an extensive vegetarian and Jain selection.

The Gourmet Begum is available at Ishaara, Phoenix Palassio, Lucknow, from September 11 to October 11, 2026, from 12 PM to 11 PM Monday to Friday and 12 PM to 11:30 PM Saturday and Sunday.
