TIL Desk Tellywood/ COLORS is all set to celebrate the deewangi for dance with the launch of its first kids’ dance reality show, ‘Dance Deewane Juniors’. After the immense success of the Dance Deewane franchise, the show will open its doors to young dancing stars from across the country aged between 4-14 years. With their hardcore dance and fiery moves, the kids can perform in solos, duos and groups. Guiding and mentoring them in their dancing journey will be Bollywood’s timeless beauty Neetu Kapoor and dancing phenomena Nora Fatehi, who will be making their television debut as judges, and joining them on the judges’ panel will be ace choreographer and dancer Marzi Pestonji. Television’s heartthrob and the super popular Karan Kundrra will turn host for the show. Karan visited Lucknow ahead of the launch to speak about the show. Dance Deewane Juniors’ will premiere tomorrow, 23rd April 2022 and air every Saturday and Sunday at 9 pm, only on COLORS!
Excited to be in Lucknow, Karan gave the viewers a sneak peek into the show, spoke about the line-up of contestants and interacted with the members of COLORS’ Golden Petal Club (CGPC). Karan’s fans from in and around Lucknow who supported and showered him with immense love were excited to meet him. He even joined them for various activities and games organised by the club and felicitated the winners of various competitions. Speaking about Dance Deewane Juniors and visiting Lucknow, Karan Kundrra said, “Lucknow is a beautiful city, and it never fails to surprise me with its charm and hospitality. I am extremely happy to be in the city today as we start the journey of ‘Dance Deewane Juniors’ and introduce some of the amazing contestants who we have on the show. It is a great honour to host my first kids’ reality show on COLORS and share the screen with Neetu ji, Nora and Marzi sir and together we are like house on fire. I am sure the viewers of Lucknow will support and bless us in our new endeavour.”
‘Dance Deewane’ franchise has been pivotal in discovering some of the best dancers in this country, and it is now presenting a dazzling new format of ‘Dance Deewane Juniors’. With the promise of ‘Deewangi More, Dance Hardcore’, the show aims to find children with a flaming desire to dance and give them a befitting stage. One such contestant is Falak Saifi, an 8-year-old from Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, who has impressed the judges in the auditions phase. The show will also feature a group of girls ‘ABCD Little Angels’ including Rithyha, Navya, Janvi, Shanaya and Myra, the energetic dancing duo of Urva and Aska and solo performers Geet Kaur Bagga, Aditya Vinod Patil and Anshika Dhara. Along with the judges, ace dancers Tushar Shetty, Pratik Utekar and Sonali Kar as mentors will train and nurture the craft of the contestants. ‘Dance Deewane Juniors’ will premiere tomorrow 23rd April and air every Saturday and Sunday at 9 pm, only on COLORS
