TIL Desk Lucknow/ The Combined Annual Training Camp-218 of 64 UP Battalion NCC Lucknow University conducted from 4 to 13 July 2022 at No1 Military Training Battalion of AMC Centre & College Lucknow Cantt came to its close on 13 July 22.
A grand cultural entertainment variety programme was performed on 12 July by the camp cadets belonging to Lucknow, Sitapur, Raebareli and Barabanki districts. Maj Rakesh Chander of No 1 Military Training Battalion was the Chief Guest of the event. The cadets performance was filled with Josh, energy and skill and was appreciated by the strong gathering of about 500 cadets and staff.
Col Gaurav Karki, Commanding Officer of 64 UP Battalion NCC appreciated and commended all the cadets for successfully completing the camp duration and preparing so well for the cultural variety programme. The winners and Runner ups in all the competitions including games, firing and painting were awarded with medals.
Col Gaurav Karki thanked all cadets, Training staff, unit civil staff, State Govt Medical Staff for participating in it and conveyed his special thanks to Commandant, AMC Centre & College Lucknow, Lt Gen Sandip Mukherji and his Staff for wholeheartedly providing all the necessary training and administrative infrastructure of the Military Training Battalion to the cadets and training staff of 64 UP Battalion NCC for full 10 days. He said that without their support this camp would not have been a possibility and great success that it was.
In the end all cadets were dispatched to their homes with safety, carrying rich memories of the camp.
