TIL Desk Lucknow/ The 11-day ‘Daawat-e-Wazwan’ Kashmiri Food Festival started from Thursday at Hotel Fairfield by Marriott located in Vibhuti Khand of Gomti Nagar. General Manager Sachin Malhotra said that Hotel Fairfield by Marriott always brings something different to its guests. In view of this, Kashmiri Food Festival started from 14th to 24th December this month.
Sachin Malhotra says that Shikara has been made for people to seat, Kids Zone Selfie Booth for children and live counter for Kashmiri Food. Kids Zone, Selfie Booth and live counter for Kashmiri Food have been made for children. He told that buffet has been arranged for dinner. Where guests can come and enjoy. Offers have also been made for unlimited beverages and food.
Renowned Chef Farooq Ahmad wani said that in Kashmiri Food, dishes like Chicken Kanti, Gaad Methi Tikka, Tabak Maaz, Risata, Gustaba, Methi Maaz, gugji rajma, Lavasa are kept on the live counter. The main course has Goji Masala and Kashmiri Rajma and Kadam Haak and Mooji etc.
According to Assistant Food and Beverage Manager Jitendra Singh, music can be enjoyed along with the cuisine in the hotel, for this some program will be organized every single day. A grand celebration has been organized on the occasion of Christmas on 24th December which has been named as “Christmas in Kashmir” in which programs like Kashmiri Sufi music, magic show, tattoo artist etc. will be organised.
