Sonu Sood’s explosive action film ‘Fateh’ is now going to be aired on TV. This film will be shown worldwide for the first time on 22nd June, Sunday at 8 pm only on Star Gold.
‘Fateh’ is the story of Fateh Singh – a former special ops officer. When an innocent girl is kidnapped by a cyber crime gang, he puts on his shoes again and sets out on a mission. This rescue attempt soon becomes a big battle – against the most dangerous criminals of the digital world.
Jacqueline Fernandez, Shiv Jyoti Rajput, Vijay Raaz and Naseeruddin Shah will be seen with Sonu Sood in this film. This film is also Sonu Sood’s directorial debut – that is, the first film that he has directed himself.
Sonu Sood said: “I always knew that if I ever make a film, the first film will be on action. Fateh has international level action, but in a very desi style. There is a purpose behind every fight – it is not just action for show.”
Sonu Sood said about his character: “There have been very few roles in my career that challenge me on both a physical and emotional level. Fateh Singh is one such character – who will fight evil and even sacrifice his life for his loved ones. I am very happy that my first film will be shown on Star Gold on 22nd June at 8 pm.”
Shiv Jyoti Rajput said: “Fateh is not just an action film, it also shows a reality – that of cyber crime, which is spreading everywhere today. My character struggles with this. Be it a village or a city, today everyone is in the digital world, and that is where the real trouble begins. I myself will definitely watch this film on Star Gold on June 22 – with popcorn!”
