Accusing the Mukul Sangma government of failure to utilize the sanctioned funds for the state, he said” “In a state where people have no access to electricity and water till today, development will remain a far cry if Congress continues to reign in Meghalaya.
“Rajnath Singh was addressing an election rally at Songsak in East Garo Hills district, in support of BJP candidates — Thomas Sangma, Ricky Marak and Santosh R.
