TIL Desk/National/New Delhi/ Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday accused the opposition of creating confusion over the Citizenship Amendment Act and spoiling the atmosphere in the national capital by misleading the people.
Addressing an event organised by the Delhi Development Authority, Shah said the time is up for the Kejriwal government in Delhi and the BJP will form the next government in the national capital. “The opposition led by the Congress created confusion about the Citizenship Amendment Act
“Citizenship Amendment Bill par sansad ke andar charcha hui, koi kuchh bolne ko tayar nahi tha, idhar udhar ki batein karte the. Bahar nikalte hi isme bhram failana shuru kiya aur Dilli ko ashant kiya. The CAA was discussed in Parliament, but nobody was willing to debate it. But outside Parliament, they began spreading misinformation and disturbed the Delhi’s peace.
“Congress party ke netritva me tukde-tukde gang jo Dilli ke ashanti ke liye zimmedar hai, isko dand dene ka samay aa gya hai. The tukde-tukde gang who are working under the leadership of the Congress party is responsbile for disturbing the peace of Delhi. It is time to punish them.”
