TIL Desk Lucknow:👉Lt Gen Anindya Sengupta, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Central Command flagged off the Agniveer Rally at AMC Stadium in Lucknow Cantonment on 13 Jan 2025. Lt Gen Sengupta also interacted with candidates who came to participate in the rally, inspiring the next generation of soldiers.
On 13 Jan 2025, the candidates from tehsils of Malihabad, Bakshi Ka Talab (BKT), Lucknow, Mohanlalganj and Sarojini Nagar Tehsils under Lucknow district and Safipur, Hasanganj, Unnao, Purva, Beeghapur and Bangarmau Tehsils under Unnao district participated recruitment in the category of Agniveer General Duty (GD). Total 1128 candidates were called up, of which 859 candidates participated in the rally.
On 14 Jan 2025, the candidates from Rasulabad, Derapur, Akbarpur, Sikandra, Maitha & Bhognipur Tehsils under Kanpur Dehat district and Kulpahar, Charkhari & Mahoba Tehsils under Mahoba district will participate in recruitment for category of Agniveer General Duty (GD).
The; recruitment rally for 13 districts (Auraiya, Chitrakoot, Kannauj, Banda, Mahoba, Hamirpur, Barabanki, Gonda, Kanpur Dehat, Unnao, Kanpur Nagar, Fatehpur and Lucknow) of Uttar Pradesh under ARO Lucknow is being held at AMC Stadium in Lucknow Cantt from 10 Jan, 2025 to 22 Jan 2025.
