Physics Wallah expands to 74 Vidyapeeths, brings education closer to students & penetrates underserved areas

PW launches Phase II of Physics Wallah National Scholarship cum Admission Test across India, which will provide Rs 200 crore scholarships

TIL Desk Mumbai/ Physics Wallah (PW), India’s leading edtech, has expanded to 74 offline Centers called Vidyapeeths in 50 cities across India, with an aim to provide students with access to high-quality education near their hometowns, eliminating the need for them to relocate and ensuring ease of access to learning opportunities.

PW also operates 10 Vidyapeeth infocentres to provide information about its offerings in Vidyapeeths, and 28 Pathshalas in 27 cities where hybrid classes are conducted.

Additionally, PW will also launch Phase II of the Physics Wallah National Scholarship cum Admission Test (PWNSAT), offering Rs 200 crore in scholarships. The exam, available in offline and online modes, is open to students from class 6 to 12 and droppers aspiring for JEE or NEET, with a chance to secure up to 100% scholarships. It will be held from November 26th to 10th December (both online & offline).

PW is now in 76 cities across India, with a student base of 1.5 lakh. These centers offer a comprehensive curriculum covering everything students need to learn for JEE/NEET, and PW is aiming to enroll 2.5 lakh students in these centers next year.

The Vidyapeeths are tech-enabled centers that offer recorded lectures, individual attention, and a community-based learning environment. In these centres, PW’s focus extends to students’ emotional well-being, providing them with valuable resources to facilitate their learning experience.
