TIL Desk/National/New Delhi/ Young party leader Shehzad Poonawalla is penning a tell-all on the Gandhi family and the party’s power structure that is set to release next September. Following talks with his publisher, Shehzad announced on Tuesday that his first book will be about his ‘fight against the dynastic order and their devious secrets’ and the proceeds will be donated to charity.
“The first step was to finalise a publisher to back it. I have just started the process of writing the first chapter which is based on what played out over the past two weeks – Shehzad versus Shehzada.
This will be followed by chapters on the Congress power structure, how the Congress party has now become the fiefdom of dynasty politics, the big 2019 parliamentary polls where the future of the party lies under Rahul Gandhi, and beyond that in politics,” Shehzad told.
Shehzad will also set aside a couple of chapters analysing Robert Vadra, Priyanka Gandhi and the current generation of Gandhi’s, their role in the party and corruption charges around them.
