TIL Desk/National/New Delhi/ In a response to wishes on the social media in the wake of third anniversary of BJP’s victory in Lok Sabha polls in 2014, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that his government was committed to build the new India through a “reform to transform” approach. In a response to a congratulatory message on the completion of three years in the government, the PM tweeted, “Thanks for your wishes. Through a ‘reform to transform’ approach we are committed to building a new India.”
Further, thanking people for their constant support, Modi said, strength to run India is derived from the skills and talents of 125 crore people in it. On Tuesday, BJP marked three years of coming to power at the Centre. The Modi government, in these years, either met or exceeded expectations of 61% of the people surveyed while 59% felt it was on track to fulfil pre-poll promises, said a survey.
The survey is based on over 2,00,000 votes collated from over 200 places, which included tier-I, II and III cities as well as rural areas. However, the survey report added that the number of those dissatisfied with the Modi government has increased by three per cent. However, opposition party Congress attacked BJP on completion of its three years in power.
