Where is foreign Covid aid going, Rahul Gandhi asks GOI

“Questions about Covid foreign aid:

– What all supplies has India received?

– Where are they?

– Who is benefitting from them?

– How are they allocated to states?

– Why no transparency?

 Any answers, GOI?”

News reports say planeloads of ventilators, oxygen supplies and antiviral drugs have been being unloaded at New Delhi airport, but almost none of it has reached states, still begging for basic supplies like oxygen cylinders.
