TIL Desk Lucknow:👉Spiritual Retreat ………….The first day of the spiritual retreat was a resounding success, imbued with the grace of the divine. A total of 80+ students arrived at the school with their bags, ready to embark on a 5-day spiritual journey from today, the 14th, to the 18th of May. The Spiritual Retreat is a 5-day camp taking place at Seth M.R. Jaipuria School, Gomtinagar, Lucknow.
The theme of the first day of the camp was “Aspirations.” Under the guidance of their facilitators Rahul Sharma, Palak Dubey, and Shaily Shah, who came from Auroville, the students explored aspirations that exist within them and in their surroundings. They learned how to find the fire within the soul and connect with their inner friend. Through various sessions, discussions, meditations, and nature walks, students heard the blissful voice within themselves.
Dr. Alok Pandey, Psychiatrist & Philosopher, gave an enchanting talk on the “Beauty of the New World Being Born,” where he discussed how the new generation is shaping and what is the meaning of inner beauty. The session also opened up for Q&A.
One of the students added, “In a sensory activity where we had to observe the flower by holding it, as soon as I got the flower, I held it so tightly that the flower was crushed. This was an alert for me that I need to be more gentle, not only with the flower, but also with people. In this five-day retreat, I wish to become a more conscious and calmer version of myself who has a gentle approach towards everything.”
