54th National Safety Week: Inaugurated with the theme "Safety and Health our Top Priority"

TIL Desk Lucknow:👉 Under the theme “Safety and Health our Top Priority” of the 54th National Safety Week being organized from March 4 to March 10, Suez India organized a spine related doctor dialogue and ENT camp in collaboration with Health City Super Specialty Hospital.

The main objective of this event was to give priority to the health of employees and officers. In this camp, more than 100 employees and officers of Suez India got their ENT checkup done. Apart from this, special presentations were given by brain, spine and neurosurgery experts, in which the attendees received guidance from experts on their health related questions.

Special session on spine and neurosurgery:

During the program, senior neurosurgeon Dr. Himanshu Krishna, who has 25 years of experience, gave detailed information on spinal diseases and their diagnosis. He said, “Problems related to spine can be prevented by adopting the right lifestyle. Due to today’s advanced technology, treatment has become easy and the success rate of neurosurgery has reached about 90%. The risks associated with surgery have also reduced a lot now.”

ENT screening and health awareness :

ENT specialist Dr. Gorakhnath (KGMU, Lucknow) conducted ENT screening of employees and officers in the camp and emphasized the need for regular checkups. He said, “Serious diseases can be avoided by identifying problems related to hearing ability and ear-nose-throat on time.”

Suez India’s safety and health initiative :

Suez India’s Health and Safety Manager Pankaj Singh said that the health camp was organized on the second day of the National Safety Week. Apart from this, safety and health related programs will be organized at various sites of Suez India throughout the week, so that the safety and health of the employees can be improved.

This initiative by Suez India not only provided employees and officials with essential health-related information, but also inspired them to give priority to their safety and health.
