TIL Desk Lucknow/Kanpur/ Air Marshal Vibhas Pande, Air Officer Commanding-in- Chief, Maintenance Command visited Air Force Hospital, Kanpur on 15 Jan 2024. He was accompanied by Mrs. Ruchira Pande, President, Air Force Families Welfare Association (Regional), Maintenance Command.
Air Marshal Vibhas Pande was briefed about the medical care being provided by the hospital to the serving personnel, veterans and their dependent family members. He visited various departments of the hospital and appreciated the exceptional efforts being put in by the hospital personnel in managing the challenges of the multi-specialty hospital.
The AOC-in-C during his windshield tour of the hospital was briefed on various ongoing projects as well as about the futuristic developments being undertaken by the hospital. He addressed all the hospital personnel and expressed his full confidence in the doctors and medical staff in meeting its assigned role. Mrs. Ruchira Pande visited the Air Force Family Welfare Association (Local) ventures as well as the complex of the air warriors’ family ward and interacted with them. She appreciated the good work being carried out by various ventures of Air Force Family Welfare Association (Local) and encouraged the sanginis to actively participate in the various welfare activities organised from time to time.
