Cadets of 64 Battalion NCC Lucknow University Carried Out Cleaning activities on Gomti River Front near Baikunth Dham Area in Lucknow on World Oceans Day

TIL Desk Lucknow/ On the morning of 8th June, 2022 Cadets of 64 UP Battalion NCC Lucknow University carried out cleaning activities on Gomti River Front near Baikunth Dham area in Lucknow. The cleanliness drive was conducted as part of Puneet Sagar Abhiyan to celebrate World Oceans Day which falls on 8 June.

During this event 25 cadets, 1 JCO and 2 NCOs actively participated in cleaning the river and spread the message of cleanliness of the rivers, water bodies and surroundings amongst the local people.
