TIL Desk Lucknow/ GoodWorker, job matching platform, which aims to transform the lives of blue-collar workers in India launched its first-ever Jobs app in Lucknow today. It is an online job matching platform that will help workers discover best of local jobs and allow employers to hire efficiently. The app is designed to empower workers with verified hyperlocal jobs at trusted employers and enable employers to find relevant workers who are qualified and interested. With its innovative and hassle-free onboarding process, GoodWorker will let employers post a job in 2 minutes, get verified in 20 minutes, and hire relevant workers in less than 24 hours.
The GoodWorker app launch event was held at Hotel Comfort Inn and was attended by more than 100 jobseekers in an interactive session with prospective employers. More than 50 blue-collar job seekers were offered their employment letters on-the-spot itself for various job openings. The jobs that were being offered were predominantly for the roles in Logistics, Filed sales, Delivery executive, ITES/BPO and Retail industry. There were 10 employers from across the sector, the leading ones among them were Zomato, PayTM, Rapido, Uber Moto, Bajaj Capital and GVK EMRI etc.

The GoodWorker app offers to establish direct connect with the recruiters alongside widest selection of job listing with over 10000 verified employers in Lucknow and Kanpur. The listings will offer the multi fold advantage of having both local and outstation job openings information. The service assures all its users verified listings to ensure faster processing and increased chances of getting selected. In continuation with its digital initiatives for its customers, GoodWorker is also developing a unique learning service to be launched later this month. This will enable job seekers to learn about the job opportunities and how to get selected via short videos.
