TIL Desk Lucknow/ The graduation ceremony of teachers training programme was held on Saturday 16th March 2024 at Halwasiya Court Hazratganj Lucknow. The Snowy Owl in collaboration with TITLI (early childhood training institute) organized a 10-day workshop based on early childhood care and education.
The workshop was designed to provide insight and understanding the key concepts to bridge the gap between industry demands and skill requirement through skill development training program. The occasion of graduation ceremony took place in the esteemed presence of the School Manager, Sudhir S Halwasiya and the school Principal Director, Mrs B. Singh accompanied by the Founder of Snowy Owl Mrs. Shweta Khanna and Mr Pranjal Modi, the director of TITLI along with the resource person, Mrs Ketki Modi. The occasion gleamed by the lighting of lamp, indicating a symbolic gesture of true wisdom.
The training program was conducted for the primary teachers and designed to enhance their concepts and skills for early childhood custodians. The brief outlook of the training program created a set of program enlightening session and activities to encourage and guide the primary teachers. The occasion carried a great significance with the distribution of certificates to encourage and boost the morale of the teachers.
TITLI together in transforming learning in India is a government accredited institute for early childhood educators and caregivers for which they are providing government approved certificates. The certification partner is MEPSC( Management and entrepreneurship and professional skill council) ( India’s first government certified ECCE program). This program integrates the prior knowledge along with acquiring essential new proficiencies crafting a well- rounded skills set which aligns with professional goals. A lot of activities and games were organized for the teachers to make the session more replete and effective. The graduation ceremony achieved roaring success.
