TIL Desk Lucknow:👉Cadet Lance Corporal Vidushi Singh of 19 UP Girls Battalion, Lucknow was awarded the “DG NCC Commendation Card’ by the Director General of National Cadet Corps for displaying utmost sincerity, dedication and exemplary performance in the Republic Day Camp-2025, which was culminated with the Prime Ministers Rally on 27 January 2025.
This honour has been bestowed only to three other cadets from Uttar Pradesh, of which Cadet Lance Corporal Vidushi Singh is the only NCC cadet from Lucknow NCC Group. Cadets from 17 NCC directorates of India participated in this national level camp which commenced on 1st January 2025 and will conclude on 31st January 2025.
Cadet Vidushi Singh not only participated in various cultural competitions but also conducted many programmes as the MC. A multi-talented cadet Vidushi Singh was selected after a gruelling selection process which commenced in the month of August 2025. The cadet was also felicitated earlier during the camp by Chief of the Army Staff’s wife as a “Special Achiever” among cadets of 17 directorates.
