On the occasion of World Environment Day, a massive plantation drive was carried out at Omaxe Metro City. On this occasion, a pledge was also taken to plant 10,000 trees and plants, which will be planted in a phased manner. In the first phase, five thousand saplings of diverse species were planted. Spread across 690 acres, Omaxe metro city township is among the rapidly developing areas of the city. Through this campaign, efforts were made to improve the environment and raise awareness among people regarding greenery.
On this occasion, Omaxe also appealed to the general public to come to the site and plant saplings on the occasion of Environment Day. A large number of people participated in the massive plantation program. The company stated that the Omaxe team will take responsibility for the care of the plants set by those participating in this campaign. The company believes that with maximum public participation, this campaign will become even more effective.
Omaxe MD Mr. Mohit Goel said, “Nature gives us life. In such a situation, the time has come for us to give life to nature. Saving the Earth is not an option but the responsibility of all of us. Today, let us all pledge to make the environment green and clean through every small step.”
