TIL Desk Lucknow:👉Medanta Hospital, Lucknow organized an important interactive session in collaboration with IMA and LNHA. In this session, the latest advances in the field of heart surgery and stroke management were discussed.
The program was inaugurated by Dr. Rakesh Kapoor, Medical Director of Medanta Hospital and Director of Urology and Kidney Transplant Surgery. He presented a brief description of the services of Medanta Hospital.
Dr. Gaurang Majumdar, Director of Cardiac Surgery, highlighted the recent advances made in the field of heart surgery. He explained how technological advances have made treatment of complex heart diseases safer and more effective.
Dr. Ravi Shankar, Director of Neurosurgery, shared his views on stroke management. He stressed the importance of recognizing stroke symptoms, immediate treatment and rehabilitation.
