TIL Desk Lucknow:👉St. Francis School students group in affiliation with Olympic Association of India, organised Elite Marathon at Marine Drive. Dr. Anand Kishore Pandey, Director, Sports Network India and Joint Secretary, Lucknow Olympic Association, was the Chief Guest.
The 5 km Marathon saw Ankit Shukla come first among men where as Dr. Ansuya Bhandari stood first among women. Aman Verma and Himanshu Prajapati got second and third positions respectively, among men and among women Gayatri and Meenakshi stood second and third respectively.
Elite Marathon attended by above 100 participants, in different age groups had Siddhartha Agarwal, as the president of the organising committee well supported by the second president Kaif Shamsi and secretary Anay Dikshit. Others in the team included Mitanshu Shukla, Abhyudaya Tomar etc. The organising team was well supported by students from La Martiniere Girls, Gurukal Academy and other schools as volunteers.
