Central India Regional Council 7 of India Covers the states of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan. There are 47 branches in all these 7 states. Branch Orientation Program is organized by CIRC once in every 3 years, in this program all the members of 47 branches participate in it to learn the work culture of efficient management of their branches. Today, the 2-day training program was inaugurated by ICAI National President CA Dr Devashish Mishra, Vice President CA Ankit Talati and Lucknow Branch President CA Ashish Kumar Pathak by lighting the lamp. Former Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Government Dinesh Sharma was also present on the occasion. While addressing the program, National President Debashish Mishra said that about the services of CA Institute, our former President APJ Abdul Kalam had said that CA Institute is a partner in nation building, which is a very accurate statement in today’s time. That the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India will address all the contemporary issues and concerns with the proposed changes in the CA syllabus. The draft of the new curriculum is ready, it has been presented to the government for in-principle approval and it has been discussed in detail with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, MCA, he also said about the new curriculum that its draft is for education and training. The revised plan has been designed keeping in mind the international accounting bodies, National Education Policy 2020 and the revolution in information technology. Our new CA curriculum will be globally relevant.

Replying to a query, CA Mitra said that the transaction of cryptocurrency is not yet valid but the person has to deposit 30% tax on the income generated from it. In this regard, a draft tax is being prepared by our organization, it will soon be handed over to the Government of India for approval. He said that the role of Chartered Accountant is undergoing a significant transformation, which will require special attention to business ethics. Addressing the program, Chief Guest Dinesh Sharma said that the ICI organization is a dedicated organization to uphold the values ​​of transparency, accountability and integrity. The demand for CA is increasing continuously, their contribution to government organizations is also increasing. And it is essential that you maintain your usefulness requires the high level of training that C IRC is completing.
