Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University (RMLNLU) proudly inaugurated the ninth edition of its annual sports fest, AAVAHAN 9.0, in the presence of students, participants, faculty members, and esteemed chief guest Animesh Saxena, the Regional Sports Officer.
Spanning four days , from 13th to 16th February 2025, AAVAHAN 9.0 has brought together over 400 participants from 18 universities across the country, making it one of the most anticipated sporting events of the year. The fest features a diverse range of sporting competitions, including traditional favorites like cricket, football, and basketball, alongside chess, table tennis, and athletics, ensuring an inclusive and engaging experience for all attendees.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Animesh Saxena emphasized the importance of sports in holistic education, encouraging students to embrace competition with sportsmanship and integrity. The event is not just about winning but also about promoting a healthy and active lifestyle, fostering camaraderie, and providing students a platform to showcase their athletic abilities.
