Nambie Jessica S. Marak, a dynamic 30-year-old from Meghalaya, driven by her passion for Northeastern cuisine. Nambie, hailing from Upper Rangsa, Meghalaya, is the principal and owner of Sunbeam Foundation School, she effortlessly dons multiple hats. Nambie Jessica Marak also runs ‘Eat Your Kappa’, a YouTube channel documenting the various food and culture of the northeast. Nambie’s passion for cooking has been a constant since childhood, and she finds pure joy in culinary experimentation. Her husband serves as the ever-willing taste-tester for her delectable creations.
